This extensive senior project will deeply influence the choices I will make regarding my career goals. Throughout the year I will begin to gain experience of what it's like to work in a department of the medical field, optometry. This mentor ship could possibly be the deciding factor for whether or not I want to choose a future career in the medical field. For those reasons I plan on obtaining as much possible information and experience as possible, but it's not all about that. I hope to enjoy myself and learn new things that I may even need in the future. This mentor ship opportunity is extremely difficult to find mainly due to the fact that I am able to work with two doctors as well as the patients. I plan on taking advantage of every opportunity thrown at me for this senior project.
